No reason required to cancel. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.
Payment
Full payment is due when you confirm your trip plan. No deposit required. Once you approve the personalised plan we send you, we'll issue a payment link. We only book flights, hotels and coaching sessions after your payment is received.
How to Cancel
Email hello@padelcamp.com with your booking reference. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank processing time may add 3–5 additional days.
Amendments
Changes to travel dates, group size or other details are subject to availability. Amendments within 30 days of departure are treated as cancellations. Email hello@padelcamp.com to request an amendment.
Cancellation by PadelCamp
If we must cancel your trip due to force majeure, coach unavailability, safety concerns or supplier failure, you will receive a full refund within 14 days, or the option to rebook on alternative dates at no additional charge. We are not liable for any additional costs (flights, etc.) you may have incurred.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability cover at the time of booking. If you need to cancel for medical or personal reasons, your insurance covers the non-refundable portion — not us. PadelCamp does not provide insurance.
